The symposium "Phages in Bordeaux" will be held on September 24th and 25th 2018 at the Domaine du Haut Carré, University of Bordeaux. After Montpellier-2015, Marseille-2016,and Gif-Sur-Yvette 2017, this meeting is the fourth colloquium on phages organized by the French multidisciplinary network PHAGES.fr, which aims at bringing together teams involved in bacteriophage research from France but also from abroad. Keynote lectures will be given by several invited international speakers who are expert in bacteriophages.
The scientific program will give an overview of current phage research and will foster the scientific interactions between teams working in various and complementary fields:

- Ecology and Evolution
- Applications: Therapy and Biotechnology
